Intended use and classification

The product is presented only as a personal-care light-emitting skincare device for cosmetic or general-wellness use. It is not represented as a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Individual results vary.

Before first use

  • Read the complete instructions, contraindications, treatment schedule, cleaning method and warnings supplied with the exact product.
  • Confirm that the model, controller, cable, plug or adapter and accessories match the instructions.
  • Do not use a visibly damaged device, cable, controller or power component.
  • If protective eye inserts or eyewear are supplied or required, fit and use them exactly as instructed.
  • Perform any manufacturer-required sensitivity or skin test before normal use.

Ask a healthcare professional before use

Do not use where the instructions list a contraindication. Safe use

  • Use only on the area, at the duration and frequency stated in the exact instructions. More frequent or longer use is not necessarily more effective and may increase risk.
  • Do not use on broken, infected, severely inflamed or otherwise unsuitable skin unless a qualified professional and the instructions confirm it is appropriate.
  • Stop immediately if you experience pain, excessive heat, marked redness, swelling, visual disturbance, headache, dizziness or another unexpected reaction. Seek medical advice where symptoms are severe or persist.
  • Keep the controller, cable and electrical parts away from water. Do not immerse the device unless the exact instructions expressly permit it.
  • Do not sleep while using the device, cover it during operation, modify it or use it near flammable materials.
  • Keep out of reach of children. The product is not intended for anyone under 18 unless the exact manufacturer instructions and an appropriate professional expressly permit it.

Cleaning, storage and sharing

Unplug or switch off before cleaning. Use only the method and products stated in the instructions. Do not immerse. Allow the device to dry fully before use or storage. For hygiene and cross-contamination control, do not share a personal-use face-contact device unless the manufacturer provides a validated cleaning or disinfection method for shared use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, children and pets.

Safety incidents

Stop using the product and contact us with the order number, exact model, serial or batch information, description of the event and relevant photographs where safe. Do not discard the product until we advise you, because it may need examination. For an emergency, seek urgent medical assistance first.
